I’m Yael, an Interior Architecture and Design student pursuing my M.F.A. at Academy of Art University. This portfolio presents a curated selection of student and real-world projects that reflect my academic development, hands-on experience, and design perspective.

My approach is rooted in research, concept-driven thinking, and human-centered design. I’ve had the privilege of working at an award-winning interior design firm in Washington, D.C., where I contributed to residential and commercial projects that balanced beauty with function. That experience, along with recognition in design competitions, continues to inform my commitment to originality, precision, and meaningful space-making.

Outside of design, you’ll find me kayaking with my family, solving escape rooms, enjoying Disney magic, and spending time with my three dogs — moments that fuel my creativity and remind me why environments matter.
